Cookies

The site uses as little browser storage as it can, and nothing beyond the strictly necessary without your consent. Here is everything it can set.
Strictly necessary
recovery_console (cookie): keeps you signed in to the console. It is signed and read only to identify your session, never for tracking, and the site cannot keep you signed in without it, so it is set without consent.
scritch_cookie_consent (local storage): remembers the choice you made here, so we do not ask on every visit.
Analytics
Analytics is cookieless by default: PostHog measures how the site is used without setting any cookie or storing anything on your device, so the default sets nothing here to consent to.
Only if you accept does PostHog set a cookie, so a returning visit can be told from a new one. Declining, or not accepting, means no analytics cookie is ever set, and choosing Decline also turns analytics off entirely and clears anything it kept.
Managing your choice
Use the banner, the “Manage cookies” link in the footer, or your browser settings. Withdrawing consent stops analytics immediately and clears its storage on this device.
